Make 1.125 Litres of zero sugar, zero carb Melon Liqueur with this 320g Keto Store™ Liqueur Base + 50ml Top Shelf Melon Liqueur bundle.

In this Bundle you get;
1 x Keto Store™ Liqueur Base;
1 x Top Shelf Spirit Melon Liqueur Flavouring
Other Ingredients you will need to add;
Hot water and if making an alcoholic liqueur, 650ml of 40% ABV distilled spirit or Vodka.

How to make:
To make 1.125 Litres of zero carb, zero sugar Melon Liqueur, simply
1) Take 365ml hot 60°C water (Hint: do not use boiling 100°C water)
2) Slowly add 320g Liqueur base pack contents while stirring with a whisk/stick blender.
3) Rest the base 15 mins, before stirring in the 50ml Top Shelf Melon Liqueur Flavour bottle.
4) If making an alcoholic version, slowly stir in 650ml of 40% ABV Vodka.
5) Then top up with cold water to 1.125 Litres if required.

Keto Store™ Liqueur Base Ingredients: Allulose, Inulin, Acacia Fibre, Sodium Citrate, Xanthan Gum, Sunflower Lecithin, Monk Fruit Extract, Guar Gum.

Top Shelf Melon Liqueur Flavour Ingredients: Water, Glycerine stabiliser, Flavouring, colours (e102, e133).

Best tasting
Minimum 1 hour after making but your patience will be hugely rewarded if you wait.
The best time to taste and use is 24 hours after being made.

Why? Time allows softening of alcohol, so less harsh, the sweetness rounds out, the flavour merges together and thickness stabilises. This liqueur, just like wisdom, improves over time.

The Classic & Refreshing

• Japanese Slipper: A classic 1984 cocktail from Melbourne 1oz Melon Liqueur, 1 oz Cointreau, 1oz fresh lemon juice. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
• Midori Sour: A simple, retro disco-era cocktail combine 1.5 oz Melon Liqueur, 1 oz Vodka, 1 oz lemon juice, 1 oz lime juice in a glass and top up with sparkling water.

Modern & Sophisticated

• Midori Spritz: A light, sparkling choice for summer 30ml Melon Liqueur, 30ml Gin, 60ml Prosecco, 30ml soda water built in a wine glass over ice.

• Midori Southside: for a botanical twist shake all these ingredients with ice 1.5 oz Gin, 1oz Melon Liqueur, 0.75 oz Lime juice, 6-8 mint leaves and strain into a coupe glass.

• Melon Mule: Stir 1.5 oz Vodka, 0.5oz Melon Liqueur and 0.5oz lime juice and then top up with sparkling water flavoured with sugar free Ginger Beer Soda drops. 

Tropical & Creamy

• Midori Splice: Tastes like a creamy, tropical ice cream bar add ice, 30ml Melon Liqueur, 30ml Coconut Rum Liqueur, 90-120ml sugar free Pineapple water drops, to a glass stirring well. Gently float cream on top.

• Midori Illusion: shake these ingredients with ice 1oz Melon Liqueur, 1 oz Vodka, 0.5oz Triple Sec, 2oz sugar free Pineapple water drops, 0.5oz Lemon Juice and strain into a cocktail glass.

• Melon Splash 2oz Melon Liqueur, 1.5oz Bourbon, 1oz sugar free Lemon-lime sparkling water, lime squeeze.
