Una historia intelectual de la hegemonía que funcionó como la plataforma para lanzar la "guerra contra el narco" primero desde un plano simbólico y después como una campaña permanente de violencia organizada. El fenómeno del narcotráfico en México ha estado siempre determinado por el lenguaje. Durante más de cuatro décadas, el sistema político mexicano ha logrado imponer la narrativa sobre el "narco" que la sociedad en general ha aceptado como la explicación dominante de los altos índices de violencia en el país. Basado en una investigación de archivos oficiales, reportajes periodísticos, estudios académicos y producciones culturales sobre el tráfico de drogas, Oswaldo Zavala revisa el arco histórico del lenguaje en el que se inscriben el relato de guerra en nuestra sociedad contemporánea y la ilusión de organizaciones criminales como el enemigo doméstico. Dedica especial atención a las incontables novelas, películas, canciones, estudios académicos y piezas de arte conceptual que reiteran la misma narrativa que atribuye a los supuestos "cárteles" toda la responsabilidad de la corrupción y la violencia generalizada en México. Doesn't last long

I have only had this pillow for 8 month and it is flat and not comfortable anymore. I sent the company an email and they never responded. I do now recommend that you buy this pillow.

The pillows have a chemical smell

I bought two Marlow pillows a while ago. They are great pillows. The two new Marlow pillows I just purchased have a chemical odor. The manufacture date is Sept. 2024. I have them airing out hoping the smell will dissipate , so far that has not happened.

Simply The Best
Size: King (Pack of 1)
It appears there are more than 1,000 pillows advertised and available all over the Internet. The situation is a comedy routine. If you want a cooling pillow because you're a hot sleeper or if you want a plush pillow for back problems or a combination or neither, it doesn't matter. Be prepared to read 1,000 different advertisements until you start laughing out loud. This is what I did, but I wandered upon this Marlow Pillow system and then trusted the Amazon ratings. And boy am I happy, though a word of caution: if you want the cooling technology to really work you've got to pair this pillow with the Marlow pillow protector. Because Amazon didn't carry the pillow protector I bought it directly from Marlow. And this is the last pillow I'll ever get or need to get. Comfortable like a goose down pillow and yet cool to the touch and cool all night long. So I got lucky; have avoided having to buy multiple pillows; and now am enjoying the heck out of my Marlow King with the Marlow pillow protector. Lastly, this pillow is adjustable with a zipper and it works: you can make it softer or harder with a quick zip. The best pillow out there, by far!

Really good pillow!

This is the first pillow that I have owned in the last 10 years in which I have not experienced any neck pain. It's the right density, comfort level, and is a high-quality item. I am a side and stomach sleeper. Try this pillow and I think you'll be happy.

OMG I finally found the one
Color: White, Size: Standard
I use to have a pillow that I took it everywhere. It finally was gone I couldn’t find one that I had. So my quest for the perfect pillow was 17 different pillows. I finally found the one!!! This pillow is soft but is sturdy. My head lays on the pillow and doesn’t fall to the bed. My neck isn’t tilted in an awkward position. The coolness of the pillow is amazing. This pillow is everything I was looking for. The price is 100% worth it.
Edit ok I still love the pillow but you have to flip it because all the stuffing moves to the other side. The pillow still has enough that it was still comfortable. I wish that the stuffing would stay in the same pot.
