Die Form ist hoch und schlank mit schmalem Hals und weicher Ausgusslippe, Ø 8,5 cm und H 19,5 cm, fasst 800 ml. Die Proportion fasst Wasser, Saft oder Wein für zwei bis vier Personen am Tisch; der schmale Hals führt den Ausguss und liest sich ruhig neben Gläsern.

Jede Karaffe wird aus Steinzeugton auf der Drehscheibe geformt und bei 1220 °C gebrannt. Bei dieser Temperatur sintert der Scherben und wird ohne weitere Versiegelung wasserdicht und lebensmittelecht. Eine transparente Hochglanz-Glasur überzieht Innen- und Außenseite; der natürliche Cremeton des gebrannten Tons scheint durch die Glasur und verschiebt sich von Stück zu Stück leicht. Feine Variationen in Oberfläche und Farbton bleiben sichtbar – sie sind Teil des Stücks.

Für Wasser, Saft oder Wein am Tisch, im Zusammenspiel mit dem übrigen Creme-Programm.

I have a Doberman. She is a ball and toy destroyer. She is the most obsessive retriever I’ve ever had. Her retrieving urge, and indefatigability, puts my golden retriever to shame. It squeaks, which is irritating to us, but what she loves. She can lay there and chew on it and still not destroy it. They’re very heavy ball and bounce, so you have to be careful throwing it in the house cause you could hurt breakables. Whoever said that these feel like they came from the dollar tree must have been talking about something else. They are thick and sturdy balls. UPDATE: it has now been THREE MONTHS and our Doberman STILL has not destroyed these 2 balls. We play with them many times each day. WORTH EVERY PENNY ADDITIONAL UPDATE: it’s now been nine months. Took this photo this morning. We still have the balls and have since ordered two more. She chews on it multiple times every day. There’s a little hole in it now and it doesn’t squeak anymore but it’s 98% intact and still essentially indestructible. These balls are worth gold.
