Big pre-workout energy for louder, harder workouts.

Merica Labz Red White & Boom is a heavy-hitting pre-workout for folks who want real energy before lifting, not just a mild boost. Retailer info and brand details show it's a high-stim option that ramps up energy, pumps, focus, and overall workout fire. Common ingredients mentioned include the 3DPUMP Breakthrough blend with L-citrulline, glycerol, and amla extract, plus creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, KSM-66 ashwagandha (that's a branded form of ashwagandha for stress support), L-tyrosine, and caffeine. Some spots note 3,000 mg of citrulline in that 3DPUMP part, but not everything in the blend has confirmed doses, and the full formula isn't consistent everywhere.

Quick note: We don't have the full supplement facts panel to check doses ourselves.

That's key because while some descriptions call it fully transparent and super high-stim, we couldn't verify that without a real label or official info. For a breakdown based on research alone, the best take is it's a stim-heavy pre-workout with pump, focus, and performance ingredients, but we can't get super precise on the science. Bottom line, think of it as a gym staple: a branded pre that makes sessions feel more pumped up, locked in, and ready to crush.

The brand Merica Labz is known in the supplement world for its fun, patriotic style and products that embrace gym intensity and culture. Without a verified label, it's clear this is for folks with some experience who want a stronger pre-workout, especially for lifting. It slots right into the high-stim pre category, not the da

Key Highlights

  • This is a high-energy pre-workout for lifters chasing a more intense session, not something light for daily use.
  • Retailers say it has pump support from 3DPUMP Breakthrough, which mixes L-citrulline, glycerol, and amla extract.
  • Sources report 3,000 mg of citrulline in that 3DPUMP setup, but the full label isn't verified.
  • It also includes gym favorites like creatine monohydrate and beta-alanine to help with your workouts.
  • You'll see mentions of KSM-66 ashwagandha and L-tyrosine, adding some focus and stress-handling vibes on top of the energy.
  • It's all about that stim-driven motivation, intensity, and aggressive training feel.
  • Merica Labz brings a bold, fun brand vibe that clicks with gym folks who want personality in their supps.
  • Great for lifting days where you need better pumps, steady pace, and mental drive over subtle tweaks.

Who Is This For?

  • Folks with pre-workout experience who want a big energy hit before sessions
  • Bodybuilders all about gym intensity, pumps, and that mind-muscle link
  • Strength trainers needing extra drive for heavy lifts
  • After-work gym goers who gotta switch into beast mode
  • Fans of fun, bold supp brands and flavors
  • People who handle caffeine and stim pre-workouts well

How to Use

Treat it like any pre-workout: start small to check your tolerance, especially if stims or this brand are new to you. Mix it up 20 to 30 minutes before lifting, with water, and not too late in the day. Don't stack with energy drinks, fat burners, or extra caffeine till you know the feel. Without a verified label, going easy first is a good call. Keep hydrated, especially with pumps and stims in play as mentioned.

What to Expect

About 20 to 30 minutes in, you start feeling more alert and ready to go. Early sets bring that energy boost, better focus, and drive to move. As you pile on reps, pump ingredients should make things feel fuller, especially in high-volume stuff. If beta-alanine's dosed right, you might get that tingle, but no guarantees without full info. For hours after, if you're stim-sensitive, you could still feel wired, so time it smart.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of supplement is Red White & Boom?

It appears to be a stimulant-forward pre-workout designed to support workout energy, focus, pump, and training intensity before exercise.

Is the full label verified?

No. Full supplement facts panel not available for independent dose verification, so ingredient and dose discussions are based on retailer descriptions and available web research.

Who is this best for?

It is best suited for experienced gym-goers and lifters who want a stronger pre-workout feel rather than a gentle daily energy product.

Does it contain pump ingredients?

Reported sources mention 3DPUMP Breakthrough with L-citrulline, glycerol, and amla extract, which are commonly used in pump-focused formulas.

Will it feel strong?

Category positioning suggests yes. Red White & Boom appears aimed at users who want noticeable energy and workout intensity, though exact stimulant totals are not independently verified.

Can beginners use it?

Beginners should be cautious. Because it appears to be a high-stim pre-workout and the full panel is not independently verified, starting with a low tolerance test is recommended.

When should I take it?

Most users take pre-workouts 20 to 30 minutes before training, ideally earlier in the day if they are sensitive to stimulants.

Can I stack it with other stimulants?

That is not recommended until you know your tolerance. Avoid combining it with energy drinks, fat burners, or other high-caffeine products.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

OUTSTANDING
Format: Kindle
This was very, very good. The world is vast and characters are complex. There is a good plot with a whole lot going on. This is well written. Good twists and turns and some heart breaking moments. You will love these characters, they have heart and loyalty. I am hoping that there will be several more books. We've yet to see anything from the Sea Court but only a mention of them here and there. The Wood Court was given a quick couple of scenes, and only as far as some warriors, we've yet to enter their court and the Shadow Court, I'm not sure if they will be a force for good or bad, but they definitely will play a much bigger role moving forward. This is primarily the Ice and Air Courts. Told in multiple views, which I loved, it gives you a chance to see things from different eyes. There's alot of political maneuvering and deception. I loved it and will pick up the next book as it becomes available. If you like The Fae and the courts, you should love this. I think the author has mucn in store for us.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."
