Alchemy Labs | Victress | 60 CapsulesSolid KSM 66, full 7 Keto dose, open label women's support Alchemy Labs Victress is a no stim women's formula for body comp and stress handling, focused on hormone help, metabolism boost, and adaptogen support instead of heavy caffeine hits. That's a big deal. Most 'toning' supps just use caffeine and basic herbs to make you feel like something's happening. Victress goes different: it's a fully open label capsule with KSM 66 Ashwagandha, 7 Keto DHEA,

Solid KSM-66®, full 7-Keto dose, open-label women's support

Alchemy Labs Victress is a no-stim women's formula for body comp and stress handling, focused on hormone help, metabolism boost, and adaptogen support instead of heavy caffeine hits. That's a big deal. Most 'toning' supps just use caffeine and basic herbs to make you feel like something's happening. Victress goes different: it's a fully open-label capsule with KSM-66® Ashwagandha, 7-Keto DHEA, DHEA, Mucuna pruriens, and Chinese Smilax root extract to hit the real roadblocks in a cut—like high stress, bad mood bounces, slow metabolism, and shaky training motivation.

KSM-66® Ashwagandha is the star at 500mg, right in the 300-600mg sweet spot from studies. This isn't cheap ashwagandha—it's a full-spectrum root extract with 5% withanolides and 24 solid trials behind it. It tunes your stress system (the HPA axis), cutting cortisol and building stress tolerance. You'll notice fewer energy crashes from stress, steadier moods, better recovery, and more consistent workouts. It also helps with sleep, endurance, and hormone balance, making it a top pick in women's physique supps.

7-Keto DHEA at 100mg hits the high end of the 50-100mg range from research. Solid choice here. Unlike regular DHEA, 7-Keto doesn't turn into testosterone or estrogen. It ramps up fat-burning enzymes for better base metabolism and blocks 11β-HSD1, the enzyme that turns inactive cortisone into active cortisol in tissues. That pairs great with KSM-66®—one handles big-picture stress, the other

Alchemy Victress by Alchemy Labs contains 500mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha, a effective dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 500mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha — a good dose in the 300-600mg range from studies. This full-root extract is one of the best-tested adaptogens out there, great for dropping cortisol, handling stress better, and feeling more recovered.
  • KSM-66® isn't your basic ashwagandha. It's a branded version with 24 real trials, so this formula has legit backing that most women's comp products lack.
  • 100mg 7-Keto DHEA — top of the 50-100mg clinical range. Studies show it helps fire up fat-loss enzymes and supports weight loss when you pair it with diet and training.
  • 7-Keto DHEA is a non-hormonal form of DHEA. That's key because it boosts metabolism and cortisol paths without turning into testosterone or estrogen, making it a smarter tool for body comp than plain DHEA.
  • Double cortisol attack — KSM-66® tunes the whole stress system while 7-Keto blocks local cortisol buildup by hitting 11β-HSD1. Way better than just one anti-stress ingredient.
  • 10mg DHEA adds light hormone support. It's under the 50-100mg doses that really spike levels, so Victress feels helpful without going overboard.
  • 75mg Mucuna pruriens seed extract boosts mood and drive through dopamine paths. Super useful in a diet phase when motivation tanks and stress piles up.
  • 100mg Chinese Smilax root extract adds a classic plant vibe. It sets this apart from basic ashwagandha-plus-caffeine burners.

Alchemy Victress by Alchemy Labs contains 500mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha, a effective dose for health and performance.

Who Is This For?

  • Women cutting calories, training 3-5 days a week, needing help to stay on track when stress hits hard. KSM-66® at 500mg and 7-Keto DHEA at 100mg tackle cortisol, stress toughness, and metabolism without stims.
  • Intermediate lifters recomping who want to lean up minus harsh burners. Better for endocrine and adaptogen fans over caffeine highs, with 7-Keto and ashwagandha carrying the load.
  • Women training early or late who skip caffeine to avoid messing with hunger, sleep, or jitters. Stim-free capsules fit without overrevving, while KSM-66® helps recovery stay calm.
  • Busy pros balancing job stress, workouts, and comp goals. KSM-66® plus 7-Keto shines here, since stress kills recovery and food discipline.
  • Folks feeling flat or drained in diet phases. Mucuna pruriens adds dopamine support to round out more than basic hormone stuff.
  • Women wanting gentle hormone help over aggressive stacks. 10mg DHEA is light compared to heavy DHEA products, making this balanced.

How to Use

Take 2 capsules as your daily dose. Morning's best, since DHEA and 7-Keto match daytime vibes over late nights. With or without food is fine, but pair with breakfast or lunch if empty-stomach supps bug you. Capsules—just swallow with water, no mixing hassle. No need for half-doses on stim tolerance since it's stim-free, but super sensitive folks could start with 1 cap to check hormone or dopamine reactions. Stacks great with protein, creatine, or stim pre since mechanisms mesh. Skip stacking with other DHEA unless you know why. Daily consistency beats timing, and keep it cool and dry.

What to Expect

First 1-3 days are chill. No stim rush, but some feel a steadier vibe as KSM-66® kicks in on stress. By week one, wins show in headspace: less stress frenzy, stable drive, easier sticking to food plans. Weeks 2-4 are prime time, where adaptogen and habit perks stand out with steady use. 7-Keto DHEA builds for comp support with diet and training, not instant feels. DHEA and Mucuna add subtle mood and readiness shifts over time. It's a building experience, not a flashy one.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Alchemy Labs Victress designed to do?

Victress is a stimulant-free women’s support formula designed to help with body composition, stress management, and daily training consistency. Its formula centers on 500mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha for cortisol and stress support, 100mg 7-Keto DHEA for metabolic support, and smaller inclusions of DHEA, Mucuna pruriens, and Chinese Smilax.

Does Victress contain caffeine or stimulants?

No. Victress is a stim-free capsule formula, so it does not rely on caffeine for its effects. That makes it a better fit for users who train late, already consume coffee, or want body-composition support without the crash or sleep disruption of stimulant-heavy products.

Is 500mg of KSM-66® a meaningful dose?

Yes. KSM-66® is clinically studied in the 300-600mg range, so 500mg sits right in the effective zone. That is a strong inclusion for stress resilience, cortisol support, and broader adaptogenic benefits.

How strong is the 7-Keto DHEA dose in Victress?

Victress provides 100mg of 7-Keto DHEA, which is the top end of the commonly studied 50-100mg range. That is one of the strongest aspects of the formula and a major reason it stands out in the category.

Why does Victress include both DHEA and 7-Keto DHEA?

They do different jobs. 7-Keto DHEA is a non-hormonal DHEA metabolite used for thermogenic and cortisol-related support, while DHEA itself is a hormone precursor that can convert downstream into sex hormones. Using both creates a broader endocrine-and-metabolic support strategy.

Is the 10mg DHEA dose aggressive?

No. Relative to the 50-100mg doses often studied for reliably raising serum hormone levels, 10mg is conservative. It looks more like a supportive inclusion than a heavy standalone DHEA protocol.

How long does Victress take to work?

This is not an acute-feel supplement. Most users should think in terms of 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use, with early benefits showing up as steadier mood, better stress handling, and easier routine adherence rather than a same-day rush.

Can I stack Victress with pre-workout or coffee?

Usually yes, because Victress is stimulant-free and works through different pathways than a pre-workout. It stacks especially well with caffeine-based training products since it does not add more stimulant load.

Should men use Victress?

The product is clearly positioned as a women’s formula, largely because of its hormonal and body-composition framing. While some ingredients like KSM-66® and 7-Keto DHEA are not female-exclusive, men generally have better-targeted options for their own goals.

Who should avoid Victress?

Anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing women, and individuals with hormone-sensitive conditions should avoid it unless specifically cleared by a healthcare professional. Caution is also warranted for those on hormone therapy, thyroid medication, or dopamine-related psychiatric medications.

Not a bad start

3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.

Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!!
Format: Paperback, Format: Paperback
Queen of Roses (Blood of a Fae #1) by Briar Boleyn Genre General Fiction ( Adult), Romance, Sci-Fi & Fantasy, Dark Romance “More primordial than the stars. My name was on his lips as he promised unspeakable darkness to any who came between us.” Right from the start, I was drawn in by the prologue!!! I’m a big fan of “touch her, and you die” vibes, but I mean, what’s also not to love about a unique Arthurian retelling with gender twists, a treacherous royal court, a dangerous quest, magical Fae & mystical monsters, entwined with a bit of spice! Morgan, Princess of Pendrath and true heir to the throne has spent most of her life dimming her light to feel safe and to make others comfortable. She is treated as an outcast in the court and repressed by her family due to the blood of the Fae within her and forced to join the Temple of the Three as a priestess in training to one day replace Merlin. Her brother, King Arthur, who reminds me of Joffrey from Game of Thrones, later tells her that he has other plans and offers her a choice of the Temple or to marry her off for political gain, unless… that is, she can journey through the great unknown and return with a long-lost fae weapon with enchanted powers known as Excalibur. Her quest begins with a roguish crew that includes the mysterious, arrogant, and heart-tuggingly handsome Captain of the Royal Guard, Kairos Draven, whom she can’t decide if she wants to stab or indulge in pleasure with. Along the way are plenty of surprises, mystical creatures, and betrayal, all while Morgan uncovers more of the truth about herself and who she can trust. This book had intriguing storylines and lovable characters that kept me turning pages and wanting more. I can’t wait to see how it all unfolds and comes together in book 2, Court of Claws, which I just started reading!! Read if you’re into- Dark Fantasy/Romance Slow–Burn Question Everything Magic and Action Fae Arthurian Legend Stabby/Broken FFC Morally Gray MMC Forced Proximity Queen of Roses is perfect for Holly Black, Jennifer L. Armentrout, and Sarah J. Maas fans. Please check the trigger warnings page in the table of contents before reading this book.

3.5 stars, A little boring to say the least.
Format: Kindle
Wow so I'm not sure where to begin on this one. This was a very different take on the legend of Arthur and Excalibur. This is told from the point of view of Morgan the sister of Arthur. Honestly the first 50% of this book is world building and character building which unfortunately was super boring for me. Morgan to me was a female MC that had a hard time in believing in herself. Sometimes taking too long to understand exactly what was going on around her. Draven was also a different male MC, like I couldn't put my finger on him and what he was all about. It was not until the last 10% of the book did we get some answers on the mystery that is Draven. The other 50% of the book centered around this big journey with everyone having a different motive. We see a spark of magic around this time that had me excited but then we never expanded upon that and what it could mean for the female MC. I feel like I want to read the second book just to see where this goes, but the spice was probably a 2 out of 5. Side characters are ok, Lancelet was fun but I almost felt like I wanted more.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
