Designed in-house here in the UK by Mark Holloway, its tiered opal-glass form takes inspiration from vintage glasswork, reimagined for modern homes. The result is a pendant that feels familiar but fresh, full of quiet presence without demanding attention.

The shade measures 25cm tall and 22cm wide, giving it just the right proportions for everything from compact cloakrooms to spacious ensuites. This version is IP44 rated, meaning it’s safe for Zones 2 & 3, ideal for areas near sinks, around baths or anywhere steam and splashes are part of daily life. You can choose from eight finishes; Antique Brass, Light Antique Brass, Dark Bronze, Satin Brass, Polished Brass, Polished Nickel, Matt Black and Polished Chrome, so your pendant can blend beautifully with taps, mirrors and other bathroom fittings.

It hangs from a 1m cable with a matching ceiling rose, keeping the look smart and consistent. The fitting takes a standard E27 bulb and is fully dimmable, letting you switch easily from bright morning light to soft, evening calm. Whether you hang a single Beehive above a basin, place a pair either side of a mirror, or cluster several to make a moment above a freestanding bath, the effect is always warm, flattering and quietly luxurious.

Can I use this pendant in a bathroom?

Yes — it’s IP44 rated, so suitable for Zones 2 & 3.

What bulb does it take?

A standard E27 bulb - we’d recommend warm LEDs for a spa-like feel.

Can the drop be adjusted?

Yes, the 1m cable can be shortened during installation.

Is it dimmable?

Absolutely, just choose a dimmable bulb and compatible switch.

Where does it look best?

Above basins, beside mirrors, or over a freestanding bath; multiples look especially striking.
