• On rare or exceptional occasions substitutions may be necessary, in which case we would make sure the product we are replacing it with is similar to your original choice. We will always communicate you first via email of such change, however in certain circumstances a flower substitution may be shipped without written or verbal confirmation from you.

Flower Care

• All your greenery has been well hydrated beforehand to travel and arrive fresh.
• Using flower scissors or sharp knife cut stems (1”) diagonally under running water.
• Fill buckets with 4” of clean water and put your greens in the container.
• Allow greens at least 4 hours to rehydrate and keep them away from direct sunlight.
• Change water every 24 hours for best results.
• Vase life is about 8 days, if kept in a cooler, away from the sunlight or heat.

• We send FedEx directly to your door
• We deliver Tuesday through Friday.
• We will email your tracking information once we ship
• Shipments to Alaska have a $50 surcharge
• Shipments to Hawaii have a $100 surcharge
• Greenchoice Flowers is by no means liable for any of the packages delivered before or after the chosen delivery date, that are lost, stolen or damaged under the carrier’s custody. If your package is delayed, please call Fedex/UPS personally.
