I am using this with Nano-Hydroxyapatite toothpaste and so far my teeth feel really smooth. It says it helps rebuild the mineralization on your teeth and that is why they feel this way. I'm all for that! I ordered the mint flavor and while the taste is good, it does burn. It does have a lot of oils that could cause this. I'm finding the more I use it, it is burning less.
