All of our products are able to be cleaned easily in warm soapy water. SAFETY This item should only be used with adult supervision. Our teethers are dishwasher safe and also freezable. Freeze for between 30 mins to 1 hours and teether will remain chilled for about 30 mins. Just enough time to help sooth baby.

Smallish pills!
Great way to take melatonin. The pills are small enough so you don't choke and they work pretty fast. I've no idea about the taste, but it doesn't seem to have one. Sometimes I feel groggy in the morning but not overly so. Pretty good product.

Best if you haven't had any real sleep
Works like a charm, I haven't had any real sleep for 13 days and ever since I got this, I finally got the 7 - 10 hour sleep I needed badly. It does make you drowsy and tired and thats what I love about it, this is day 4 of using it and I dont think I'll ever stop lol, the taste is normal like its not bad just bland, easy to swallow lol (thats what she said)

Great!

My first impression was that the bottle looks nice. The information is clear and the dosage is easy to find. The pills themselves are slightly bigger than other capsules that I have, but this isn't a bad thing. I didn't find them hard to swallow. The smell is pleasant, which is a huge plus! I love the immunity and antioxidant support, that is exactly what I was looking for! Overall, I am happy with the product, and it has been great so far!
