Mixing Instructions from the back of the flavour bottle:
Shake well and add 7.5ml (0.25 US fl oz) to 750ml (25 US fl oz) of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka / or water for a non alcohol option. 
OR
11.25ml (0.4 US fl oz) to 1125ml (38 US fl oz) of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka, or water for a non alcohol option. Mix and shake well. Makes 5 Litres (1.3 US Gal).
