I AM THE NIGHT (TNT 2019) Chris Pine, India Eisley, Jefferson Mays, Leland Orser, Dylan Smith, Connie Nielsen, Golden Brooks, Shoniqua ShandaiIn early 1960s, a teenage girl looking for her real father and a disgraced journalist seeking closure find themselves drawn into a web of secrets revolving around L. A.'s most infamous cold case, the Black Dahlia (Elizabeth Short) murder. The noir thriller is in part based on Fauna Hodel's (George Hodel's granddaughter) life. Adopted as a baby, the series finds her being raised by her adoptive Black mother, Jimmie Lee Greenwade (Golden Brooks).

In early 1960s, a teenage girl looking for her real father and a disgraced journalist seeking closure find themselves drawn into a web of secrets revolving around L.A.'s most infamous cold case, the Black Dahlia (Elizabeth Short) murder.

The noir-thriller is in part based on Fauna Hodel's (George Hodel's granddaughter) life. Adopted as a baby, the series finds her being raised by her adoptive Black mother, Jimmie Lee Greenwade (Golden Brooks).

Believing that she is biracial due to a falsified birth certificate, she uncovers the truth about her lineage and travels to Los Angeles to reconnect with the Hodel family.

Hodel would go on to write the popular memoir, One Day She'll Darken: The Mysterious Beginnings of Fauna Hodel, which also serves as inspiration for the series.

India Eisley portrays Fauna and Chris Pine leads as the fictional reporter, Jay Singletary. As Fauna arrives in Los Angeles in an attempt to reconnect with her Hodel family, Singletary simultaneously reopens his investigation into Hodel's potential guilt.

By 1965, Singletary is a disgraced, on-the-edge journalist who lives in the shadows and on the corners of streets. Hungry for any story that will get him enough money to fund his next drug purchase, his glory days are long past. Also a Koren War veteran, Singletary battles his depression by covering whatever scandalous story he's assigned by his boozy editor, Peter Sullivan (Leland Orser). But when the mutilated body of another dead woman is discovered, Singletary sees his chance to redeem his reputation and re-opens the investigation into George Hodel.

The series is one of many interpretations of the Black Dahlia murder, and Pine's performance makes it one of the most haunting.

Overpriced but effective.
Color: Cream
I happened to get lucky and get a warehouse deal at an additional 30% discount. Even at $25, it feels a little overpriced. But it was easy to assemble and serves its purpose. If you line the Velcro up exactly, the panels sag, if you stretch past even, but where it still grips, they look pretty ok. It is very light and does fold very compact for easy storage.

Great price for a great product
Color: Coal Black
Excellent quality and great price to boot. Easy to assemble and folds up easily to be stored. We are using it as a privacy screen when we have company that needs to sleep on the couch and also to block off a hallway leading to a guest suite. It looks great and is as described in the ad

No.
Color: Coal Black, Color: Coal Black
This was horribly made and a nightmare to put together. You have to basically bend the bars to get the coverings attached. The sizes don't match. The stickers that label the parts are impossible to remove and if you do get them off theres a lot of residue left behind. On top of that once it was put together I noticed theres a big dirty foot print on it which is definitely not mine.

You have to add weight to it
Color: Coal Black
It does its job and it was easy to put together but it's a little on the flimsy side and it will easily be knocked down. So you're going to have to figure out a way to make the legs heavier? I used cinder blocks, single cinder blocks and it works just fine. Just know that it will knock over super easy
