The Sessanta was designed as a 60” class competition slope racing model. Sleek, attractive, fast, and aerobatic, it ticks all the boxes while remaining exceptionally easy to fly and land. This compact model fits into most cars fully assembled and offers all the performance and excitement of a significantly larger aircraft.
With its robust single-piece racing wing and durable carbon and Kevlar reinforced slope structure, the Sessanta features an OLD (Optimised Lift Distribution) planform, a crescent wing, and ASWS (Aeroic Sine Wave Spar), providing excellent stiffness and strength for rapid flying and challenging landings.
Assembling the Sessanta is straightforward, with the elevator and rudder servos mounted in the fin and accessed through a conveniently moulded hatch. For windy conditions, increased energy potential, or when in racing mode, a 19mm ID (3/4”) ballast tube can be fitted into the fuselage.

The wings on all of Aeroic's models are the result of decades of model design and refinement, There is no other models with this planform or airfoils. And this refinement really shows in the performance.
The "sinusoidal" wave spar creates a very strong and torsional wing:
E-Sessanta - The electric version of the Sessanta features a slightly enlarged fuselage with the motor mount securely bonded in place and a rounded nose exit to accommodate a spinner. All other details remain identical to those of the glider version. The motor mount measures 35 mm, while the spinner size is 36 mm.
