Safety is the foundation of the S90 Series. It features a Weston-style double ratchet pawl brake design that splits the load to opposite sides of the gear for superior load security. The industrial-rated alloy steel hooks rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging and are specifically designed to slowly stretch to visually indicate an overload situation. Inside, the hoist boasts heat-treated load plates and case-hardened internal parts to withstand harsh environments, while needle bearings support the load sheave to promote smooth, efficient operation.
