Orbit 1/4-inch and 1/2-inch drip emitter tubing can be installed in a wide range of above ground layouts or used under mulch or bark. Made of low-density polyethylene, it is flexible and ideal for use in planter boxes, vegetable gardens, box gardens, looped around individual plants or trees, or where total saturation is desired along the tubing path. Drip emitters are built into the interior wall of the tubing spaced 12-inches apart emitting 0.50 GPH (1/4-inch tubing) or 1 GPH (1/2-inch tubing). For optimum performance, install a pressure regulator and filter (sold separately) upstream of the hose immediately after the valve or hose faucet connection. Drip stakes (sold separately) help hold the hose in place. Compatible with 1/4-inch and 1/2-inch drip fittings, including Drip-Lock, from Orbit, Hydro-Rain and other major brands. For outdoor use with cold water only.

  • For delivering uniform watering along the entire line to keep soil moist and hydrate the plants at the root

  • UV-resistant polyethylene tubing with pre-installed drip emitters spaced every 12 inches

  • Ideal for watering closely spaced plants, hedges, vegetable gardens, planter boxes and ground cover

  • Pre-installed, pressure-compensated (PC) emitters: 0.50 GPH for ¼-inch tubing or 1.0 GPH for 1/2-inch tubing

  • Nominal outside diameter of 0.700 (1/2-inch) or 0.25 inches (1/4-inch)

  • Compatible with fittings from Orbit, Hydro-Rain, and other major brands

  • For optimum drip zone performance use with a filter and pressure regulator

  • For outdoor and cold water use only

  • For irrigation applications only

Awesome Boards….BUT the Smell!!!!

I’d love to give these 5 stars, they are heavy, well made, smooth, deep juice grooves, just nice….but the smell! I washed them, then used vinegar on them, set them outside over night, washed them again….its better but still present. I’d love some guidance on this. I’m hoping it goes away in a few days. It’s like a very strong woodsy smell that actually made my whole kitchen smell like these boards! Edit: Ok, here's what I did. Washed, let dry, coated and scrubbed with apple cider vinegar, set them in a high air flow area for 24 hours (I put mine outside on the patio over night), washed and scrubbed again, let dry, scrubbed with lemons and salt, let dry, washed again. Finally, there is still a slight smell if you push them against your nose but that seems to be fading as well. So, great boards if you want to go stubbornly go through the smell removal process. I don't think it's a chemical smell, I think it's processed bamboo that is shrink wrapped in air tight packaging too soon after manufacturing. Anyway, I'll move this to 4 stars....but lots of work involved here!
