Built for Adventure: The G.O.A.T (Goes Over All Terrain) Series Mercedes Receiver Front Bumper is designed for exploration. Tough and stylish, it’s made to handle any adventure you throw at it.

Smart Two-Piece Design: Precision-engineered for maximum strength with minimal weight. The outer shell is made from 10-gauge steel with INDY Coating for chip and rust resistance, while the inner cradle is crafted from 3/16” steel, primed, and powder-coated. This bumper also supports two 1” thick recovery points and a 2” receiver, with an accessible hitch pin and clip for straightforward installation.

Enhanced Protection and Style: A sleek, high-protection bar complements the Sprinter's grill and offers extra front-end protection compared to competitors. Plus, an integrated welded tab allows for easy auxiliary light mounting without extra brackets. Designed for snow and river crossings, it also adds strength to your Mercedes bumper cover.

Accessory-Friendly Design: A compact receiver accommodates accessories like bike racks without needing transmission cooler relocation. Plus, Mercedes safety features—adaptive cruise control, 360-degree camera, parking sensors, and lane departure warning—remain intact, although some accessories may affect radar and parking sensors.

Weight Efficiency: Our bumper adds minimal weight, weighing just 85 lbs and offsetting 28 lbs removed from the van.

Easy Installation: Convenient, one-person installation with no need to relocate or recalibrate the adaptive cruise control radar sensor.

Works as intended. I bought it mostly for the Ethernet adapter which was plug and play with the latest installation of Fedora Linux and uses an AX88179 Gigabit Ethernet chipset. The Ethernet portion does not have activity lights. A bit of a lazy omission. Port locations are smartly placed with the HDMI output and power input at the back facing one direction, and the Type A USB peripheral ports facing the other. This is great for cable routing. The single Type C port is only for power delivery. It will not work for data to connect other peripherals.
