This program was written in 2019. It was fantastic then, and it’s fantastic now. It’s the exact training that helped me build my deadlift to 800 pounds. There’s no theory in here — it’s what I actually ran, and it worked. If you follow it for nine weeks and survive it, your deadlift will get stronger. Period. Since then, I’ve lived another six years of lifting, coaching, rehabbing, competing, failing, learning, teaching, and rebuilding. I’ve picked up knowledge I didn’t have then from experience, from injury, from education, and from watching hundreds of athletes fight through their own deadlift problems. So what you’re holding now is the evolution of that original program. Same intent. Same backbone. Same movements that built the numbers. But written with more precision, more understanding, and more purpose. This isn’t just a “how to grind harder,” guide, but how to pull smarter, healthier, and more powerfully.
The 2019 version proved the method.
The 2025 version refines it.
Use both. Understand the lineage. Apply what’s here and build something stronger than numbers. Build the lifter who can own their deadlift.
Let’s get to work.

Fairly stable. Good value for the price
Size: 16 Inch, Size: 16 Inch
Great set of stands. You have to tighten them pretty snugly to minimize wobble. Given they are metal they’ll have a little bit more give than solid wood. Even so,
a tall desk I built with them remains stable and level.

Great project & great quality
Size: 38"Height × 14" Wide, Size: 38"Height × 14" Wide
These legs were used on a 26”x72” DIY quilting ironing table. The Mdjwjj Industrial Pipe Counter Bar Height Table Leg, Metal Table Legs, Iron Base are sturdy & made of real metal, nothing cheap about this product. Legs were easy to install. Highly recommend

Do it yourself
Size: 38"Height × 14" Wide
I purchased a similar set to custom make a dining room table out of butcher block, and it turned out perfect. So with the left over butcher block I purchased these legs and made the perfect kitchen island to match. It is very sturdy and a great price. Everyone wants to know where I purchased it from. I also put a piece of the butcher block across the lower bars and made a lower shelf. Love love love this.
