The Denon DA-307 is a vintage Japanese static-balance S-shaped tonearm introduced around 1978. Its most distinctive feature is Denon’s dynamic damping system, which places a specially selected elastic damper between the arm pipe and its base to reduce unwanted arm vibration and low-frequency resonance. The DA-307 has a 244 mm effective length, adjustable arm height, calibrated tracking-force adjustment, and a detachable headshell system. 

Condition:

  • This is a used unit.

  • This unit has been tested and it is working as it should.

  • Physically this unit is in very good condition for its age. It shows some minor wear from use and age like some small surface imperfections. Nothing major at all.

  • This unit ships with a wiring loom.

  • The DA-307 is definitely for people who are experienced with turntables and setting up tone arms. This is because this unit is delicate and require fine precision to set up. We will not be able to remotely help with set up or installation. So please ensure you are confident before purchase or have a technician who can install it for you. (If you are able to visit our store in West Gosford, NSW we could help with set up)

  • This sale is for the tonearm and wiring loom pictured. Nothing else, nor any other parts are included in this sale.

My dog is a heavy chewer. I decided to try this brand out after using a different brand for quite awhile. while my dog seems to like it and carries it around (the pretzel shaped one) he doesn't seem to attack it as whole heartedly as his old brand, I'm thinking it might be the shape, we will see when he wears it out and I switch him to the antler shape. What I like most about it is it doesn't tear my hand up like the other brand did after he had been chewing it for awhile. While it is wearing down some it seems to do it in a more mild manner. Since we haven't had it long I would give this 3.5 stars because I don't know if it will last as long and not sure f it is just the shape that has him more mellow with it.
