Al palato entra ricco, fresco e incisivo, proponendo un sorso scorrevole e immediato, segnato da vibrante acidità e stuzzicante sapidità.Il Sauvignon “Vita” della cantina Pico Maccario proviene dalle migliori uve di sauvignon selezionate e raccolte a mano sulle morbide colline del Piemonte DOC. Solo i grappoli completamente maturi vengono vendemmiati e trasportati in cantina, per garantire l’eccellenza della materia prima e la perfetta vinificazione in vasche di cemento a temperatura controllata. Il vino ottenuto matura per ben 7 mesi in cemento, seguiti da altri 2 in vetro per stabilizzare e affinare ulteriormente aromi e sapori di questo bianco piemontese.
