Cold-extracted to preserve its natural freshness and aromatic integrity, the oil shows a clear green-gold hue. The aromatic profile is precise and elegant, opening with notes of green olive, fresh herbs, artichoke, and subtle almond nuances. On the palate, it is harmonious and finely textured, with a medium fruit intensity, refined bitterness, and a graceful peppery finish.
The blend consists of 60% Frantoio, 20% Leccino, and 20% Moraiolo. Frantoio brings aromatic lift and structure, Leccino contributes softness and balance, while Moraiolo adds depth and a distinctive peppery edge.
