Made from ether-based NSF 51® polyurethane (Shore A 98), the tubing is lightweight yet strong, with precise outer diameters for reliable use with push-to-connect, barb, and compression fittings. It is 5–10 times more wear resistant and lighter than rubber hoses. The tubing is NSF 51®, NSF 61®, and RoHS certified, FDA and REACH Prop 65 compliant, and meets UL94HB requirements.
