Il Côtes Catalanes Rouge "Cuvée Romanissa" del Domaine Matassa proviene da vigne di grenache noir facenti parte dell'appellazione IGP Côtes Catalanes, della regione del Roussillon. Le vigne sono certificate biologiche. L'affinamento avviene in legno per 24 mesi. Utilizzo minimo di solforosa e leggera filtrazione.
