Outfitted with a 35-pound oil vat and three tube-style burners, the Migali C-F35-LP Competitor Series® gas fryer uses liquid propane to generate a total output of 60,000 BTU. The fryer includes a full port drain valve for removing used oil and features a right-mounted 3⁄4-inch NPT gas connection for streamlined setup. Blue plastic-coated handles on the twin nickel chrome baskets reduce heat transfer during handling, and a built-in flue deflector releases exhaust away from the work area. The stainless steel tank and cabinet resist daily wear and simplify end-of-day cleaning.
The Migali C-F35-LP Competitor Series gas fryer includes a manual ignition system and electro-mechanical thermostat to adjust cooking temperatures between 200 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit. A cooling zone within the tank helps capture sediment, while an auto-reset high-limit switch prevents overheating. Designed as a floor model, it is mounted on 6-in. casters—two of which lock—for maneuverability and stability during use. Its removable basket hanger facilitates thorough sanitation, and its tube-style heat transfer supports even oil circulation throughout the vat.
