Class will begin on 10/2 to 10/06

Tres leches shooters 

Lemon Curd Tarts - including shells made from scratch 

Dulce De Leche Tarts

Class includes two modern desserts with new European technics 

like mouse, jello fillings, shells, glaze and more

we will also be making Swiss merengue

In this class we will go over supplies in which I will provide a detailed list of vendors, pricing, advertising, PDF files 

(Some recipes might call for a bit more baking equipment - 

stand mixer, hand mixer, baking pans, baking mold and more)

Each Class session will be 2-4 hrs

Class will take place in a FACEBOOK Group

Link and Password will be sent to your email.

Class will be Live and once class session is over you will be able to watch the class pre-recorded. You will have access to the class forever.
