The LEDs will run until you turn the power off. To save battery life it is recommended to turn off the power when not in use!- It is normal for smoke to escape under the dome during use. The glass is hand blown and therefor no 2 are the same and no guarantee can be made they are perfectly flat.- Due to the nature of wood there may be splits, chips, or other cosmetic defects. I try my best to choose only the best pieces.- A standard lighter is not sufficient to produce enough smoke. Please use a butane torch (Not included) for short periods to avoid damage to the chip holder and internal fan.- Empty the chip cup after use to avoid buildup that will effect the fan suction- If smoke is not flowing check the fan to make sure it is spinning. The leds may be running and the fan can be off if the battery is low in power.
