In All That Heaven Allows, acclaimed biographer Mark Griffin delivers a compelling and meticulously researched account of the life and career of Rock Hudson. Griffin draws from private journals, personal correspondence, and interviews with co-stars, family members, and former companions to profile the deeply complex and widely misunderstood matinée idol of Hollywood's Golden Age.

Narrated by Jeremy Arthur with depth and sensitivity, this audiobook explores the complexities behind Hudson’s dazzling public persona and the private struggles he kept hidden from the world.

From his humble beginnings in Illinois to his rise as a silver-screen heartthrob in films like Giant and Pillow Talk, Hudson’s journey is one of triumph, heartbreak, and reinvention. Excellent book for late Elementary and Middle School youth
Format: Paperback
Words can’t express the gratitude I have for you writing this book and the lives it will and has positively impact. Such a wonderful book about a path of self discovery. An excellent read for tweens and the friends and family that support them. This book can open up great conversations. I just purchased the next book and will be purchasing copies for supportive family members. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Transgender Story
Format: Kindle
A middle school age girl questions herself and her place on Earth. I had trouble believing the story based on the fact the character is middle school age and mentions all the things he can’t do yet but the point of view is first person and definitely looks at herself/himself like an adult would. The narrator clearly isn’t the protagonist but an adult. Big flaw.
