Alla vista il Valtellina Superiore Grumello DOCG di Nino Negri si presenta di un bel rosso rubino carico con sfumature color granato. Al naso offre un bouquet intenso e persistente di spezie, fiori e frutta matura tra cui si evidenziano note di rosa e viola, chiodi di garofano, cannella, ribes nero, ciliegie e mirtilli. In bocca entra fresco e sapido, con tannini ben domati e amalgamati nella struttura solida ed equilibrata.Speziato ed elegante, questo rosso della Valtellina è ottenuto da uve nebbiolo (localmente chiamata chiavennasca), coltivate sui ripidi terrazzamenti nella sottozona Grumello, a nord di Sondrio, tra i 400 e i 450 metri sul livello del mare. Dopo una fermentazione a temperatura controllata con 8 giorni di macerazione, le uve sostano in botti di rovere francese e di Slavonia per circa 18 mesi a cui segue un ulteriore affinamento in bottiglia prima della commercializzazione. Un rosso piacevole e intenso, emblema della Valtellina e delle sue montagne, della viticoltura eroica, fatta di amore per la terra e passione per la vigna, da gustare in famiglia o tra amici per un pranzo a base di carne rossa o selvaggina.
Vino dalo carattere impetuoso, da abbinare con secondi piatti a base di carne rossa come arrosti e brasati, ma anche selvaggina da pelo e formaggi stagionati. Da provare con il tipico Bitto.

I see a lot of discussion over this product. Many loving it and many saying it is not granulated, but in the powder form. It IS indeed labelled Garlic Powder, but this is actually the granulated type, just very small granules. This is important because I like the granulated; I find the true powder form to be hard to work with and not as good tasting. This Amazon Grocery Garlic Powder is excellent, very fine quality, dried garlic into tiny granules. I'm very happy with this product.

Reasonably priced garlic powder with no anti caking ingredients.

I like this garlic powder it is just like similar ones I purchased in the past.
It has no additive so you get pure garlic powder there is no anti- caking agent.
It is not like the store bought granulated garlic powder with anti-caking agents
When you pour it out lightly tap it because it could come out fairly fast compared to the granulated garlic type.
Whenever I get a chance I order a new one because this is flavorful. Just when I add it to Chicken fried I added on the top after cooking that and covering you don't want to burn it.
