2-Zone Models — Three-Year Parts Warranty
Journey Health & Lifestyle warrants the frame, lift mechanism, recline mechanism, and electrical parts of this chair against defects to the original purchaser only, for a period of three years from the date of original purchase. Labor to replace these parts is covered for one year on all models.
Shipping
White Glove Delivery includes delivery to your home, unpacking the Perfect Sleep Chair for you, and placing it in the location you have chosen. Packaging materials are removed and hauled away for you.
A delivery time will be coordinated with you by the White Glove Delivery service. Because each chair is built to order, estimated delivery is 3–4 weeks. Journey currently ships within the United States only.
