Directions of Use

Use 3-5 drops in an oil burner, diffuser, bath, or vaporiser. If wanting to apply to skin, combine 3-5 drops with a carrier oil in a roll-on bottle.

• Do not apply essential oil to skin without use of carrier oil. We recommend spot testing on your skin before continuous application.
