Care & Maintenance
This is a raw steel product and requires specific maintenance to prevent rust:
Initial Prep: Wash thoroughly with soap and water to remove the protective factory lacquer before first use.
After Use: Hand wash and dry immediately with a cloth. Never leave to air-dry.
Protection: Wipe a thin layer of food-grade vegetable oil over the entire surface before storing in a dry environment.
Oxidation: If surface rust occurs, scrub with a mild abrasive and reapply oil immediately.
