The Cummins 6.7L EGR Cooler from Bullet Proof Diesel features the latest, patented EGR technology. This new interior tube design makes the internal structure more forgiving, and thus allows this EGR Cooler to survive through heating/cooling cycles as well as thermal events long after most EGR coolers fail.
Upgraded replacement for these OEM Applications: 68444086AA, 68224582AA, 68444084AA, 68617367AA and 68210506AA.

WHAT IS H-CORE? In short, H-Core is the latest design offered exclusively through Bulletproof Diesel which virtually eliminates any potential for cracking of the internal tubes over long term use because of the ability of the internally braided tubing to move and flex. This also allows for additional tubing to be added, which in turn creates cooler exhaust gas being exhaled from the cooler.
