Boss DR. Pad DRP-1 Vintage 80's Percussion Sounds - Digital PCM Drum Pad

The Boss DRP-1 Dr. Pad, released in 1987, is a compact digital percussion pad with six built-in PCM drum sounds selectable by a rotary switch, designed for expressive one-shot triggering from its onboard pad or via an external trigger input. It is monophonic (one voice at a time) and provides audio output (plus a signal input/mix function on the rear), with front-panel controls that let you alter parameters such as pitch, pitch sensitivity, decay/duration, and pitch sweep, allowing the internal sounds to be shaped well beyond fixed drum-machine hits.

Condition:

 

  • This is a used unit.

  • This unit is in good condition. It shows a small amount of wear from use and age. This includes some small nicks, scuffs and light scratches.

  • This unit has been thoroughly tested. It has no faults to note.
  • Don't forget this beauty is form the 80's and uses early-generation velocity-sensitive pad with a fairly high trigger threshold by modern standards. It was designed with stick hits or deliberate hand strikes in mind.

  • This pedal can be powered off a 9V DC Negative Centre power supply or a 9V Battery. Neither are included in the sale.

  • This sale is for DRP-1 only. Nothing else is included in this sale unless mentioned above.
