Dopo la vendemmia manuale, le uve fermentano in inox; la seconda fermentazione avviene in botti di rovere. Seguono circa sette mesi di affinamento in botte.
Da provare in abbiamento con il pollo arrosto, si abbina anche con carni rosse alla brace e formaggi di media stagionatura.
