Finale lungo e sapido da vigne a 500 m.A un’altitudine che varia tra i 500 e i 550 metri sul livello del mare, sono coltivate e raccolte le uve da cui è ottenuto l’Alto Adige Bianco DOC “Seeblick”, in tedesco "vista lago", etichettato da Tannico e Kaltern. È un bianco che vede unirsi in blend tre tra i più importanti vitigni internazionali a bacca bianca. Pinot bianco, chardonnay e sauvignon blanc, dopo la vinificazione maturano per sei mesi parte in acciaio e parte in botti grandi di legno. Ne nasce una bevuta espressiva sin da subito, ma capace di garantire anche una minima evoluzione nei prossimi 4-6 anni. Ottimo.
Carpaccio di pesce spada, finferli tiepidi con erbe, canederli di speck in brodo: il Seeblick 2023 di Kaltern è il bianco altoatesino da abbinare alla tavola di territorio. Trota salmonata al burro.
