Rosso intenso con leggeri riflessi violacei, al profumo esprime sentori di frutta fresca, in particolare di ciliegia, con note speziate che si fondono con equilibrio a quelli di vaniglia dati dal legno. Al gusto è avvolgente, setoso, con tannini morbidi e dal finale ricco e persistente.È con l'obiettivo di ottenere un vino che potesse rappresentare al meglio la grande potenzialità del vigneto Lazio che la Famiglia Cotarella ha deciso di puntare sul syrah, varietà che ha dimostrato di esprimersi particolarmente bene proprio in questa zona della Penisola. Il Lazio Syrah IGP "Tellus" è un rosso fresco e profumato, la cui vinificazione avviene in acciaio e la cui maturazione avviene per pochi mesi in barrique di secondo passaggio.
A tutto pasto, si abbina ad antipasti a base di salumi, a ricchi primi a base di pasta ripiena, a piatti di carne. Da provare con una tartare di chianina.

Reviews for this product were varied, but I decided to give it a go. A wise choice. These arrived on time, in a plastic bag, in a box, inside a sturdier box…in perfect condition. They are very sturdy compared to most I’ve seen. I used them in preparing a meal for a family who lost a loved one. If they easily accommodate 5 lbs of potato salad, I’d say they’re sturdy. I also used them for sliders, and a couple of fruit trays.
