Aneway® Tacky Tack™ Air Dry, Liquid Gel Nail Base Coat Bonding Solution + Aneway® POWDER POLISH Top Coat. This dynamic duo is specifically designed to work in conjunction to create a superior bond with ultimate strength and durability on the natural nail and with PRE-ETCHED® Pro Gel Tips™ + LUXE SERIES™ Pro Gel Tips™ - nail tip extension/enhancement (sold separately here).

  • Carefully apply an even coat of our unique and innovative Aneway™ Tacky Tack™ (Liquid Gel - Base Coat Bonding Solution - Air Dry!) to the entire natural nail surface or finished nail tip extensions. Let air dry 30-60 seconds {nails will remain shinny and tacky even when dry!}. Do not get it on the skin, around the cuticles and places (lateral folds and grooves) around the nail where the Aneway® POWDER POLISH nail color will adhere. 

  • Apply Aneway® POWDER POLISH nail color. Apply as directed for superior results!. Make sure you gently brush off any excess powder before top coating. A LITTLE DAB A' DO YA'!

  • OPTIONAL: Use Aneway® Clean Up™ precision tip cotton swabs dipped in alcohol around cuticles and places (lateral folds and grooves) around the nail where you may have accumulated color that attached to Tacky Tack™ before you top coat. NOTE: Do this only to color that is attached to Aneway® Tacky Tack™ before curing. Any residual Aneway® POWDER POLISH nail color can be rinsed or wiped off after curing the top coat.
  • Apply Aneway™ POWDER POLISH Top Coat. Wipe brush on a lint free wipe or table towel before returning the brush back into the bottle for a new coat and when your finished using it to prevent color transfers contaminating the gel. Again, stay away from the cuticle area and places (lateral folds and grooves) around the nail. Remove any excess before you cure. Cure nails for 60 seconds in a UV/LED lamp. Apply a second coat making sure to cover the whole nail including the free edges and your finished! 
  • Wash and dry hands.

    Insightful, funny, but a bit unforgiving
    This book is an absolutely no holds barred guide for preparing a current/future Section 8 Landlord for difficult situations and tenants. The authors own over 300 rental properties and prefer to remove anything and absolutely everything not strictly required for passing a property inspection. This means ripping out things like screen doors, washing machine hookups, dishwashers, etc. Following their method, you end up with a relatively spartan property that easily passes inspection. They're a bit light on the empathy side, but overall, this is still excellent business advice. The writer is also really funny and some of the anecdotal stories are great. Definitely worth the money! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is the Diversified Real Estate Investor Group papers (written by James M. Bennett) in Chapter 18 are incredibly difficult to read on a kindle (see the picture). Otherwise, this is a 5 star book full of excellent advice.
