Al palato pieno, lungo e vellutato, con un finale piacevolmente ammandorlato. Il Primitivo pi semplice prodotto da Filippo Cassano prevede una vinificazione e una successiva maturazione in sole vasche di acciaio prima di una breve sosta in bottiglia.
Rosso rubino profondo con riflessi violacei. Al naso esprime profumi intensi di piccoli frutti neri (mora, amarena e ciliegia matura) con delicate note floreali di viola e vegetali di mentina selvatica. Al palato è pieno, lungo e vellutato, con un finale piacevolmente ammandorlato.Il Primitivo più semplice prodotto da Filippo Cassano prevede una vinificazione e una successiva maturazione in sole vasche di acciaio prima di una breve sosta in bottiglia. È così che nasce un rosso tanto immediato quanto articolato, perfetta introduzione a tutta la produzione di Polvanera. Un Primitivo per certi versi didascalico, capace di raccontare con precisione le caratteristiche tipiche di questo grande rosso pugliese, nella sua versione dannata.
A tutto pasto, si abbina a paste al ragù di carne, carni cotte alla griglia o al fornello e formaggi mediamente stagionati.

Work great
Just to let people know, they dont work very well unless there is something in the air to reflect the light off like sand, rain or fog. I like them for trail riding in the dunes. More noticable than just a normal lighted whip.
