Body Biotic are dormant, alive, and thriving. They DO NOT have a set number of CFU's. When activated with water or juice, these "alive and thriving" organisms, which have evolved in nature to resist the hardest conditions, awaken and begin to reproduce immediately, depending on the host's condition.
As a result, including a CFU quantity on the Body Biotics label would be incorrect and deceptive.

Directions
Week 1: (1 per day) Take one capsule a day, 30 minutes before food with juice or pure water. Week 2: (2 per day) Take one capsule twice a day . Week 3: (3 per day) Take one capsule three times a day If required increase by one capsule per week up to a maximum of six capsules per day in week six. Maintain six capsules per day for 6 months or longer, and then reduce to an average of 2 – 3 capsules per day. Caution: Not to be taken with hot beverages. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating mothers.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
