Usage Instructions
Apply to clean dry skin. Begin massaging the legs at the outside of foot and travel upward using clockwise circular motions towards the heart. Repeat on the calves to the buttocks. Then massage the interior area of the legs to the groin. For arms, begin at the outside of hand and travel upward using clockwise circular motions to the shoulder towards the heart. For underarms apply with a pumping motion. For external use only. Not for use by pregnant or breast feeding women.
