Ein Steinzeug Kaffeebecher aus der Happy Edition mit in den Ton gepressten Smiley-Motiven, gefertigt in Deutschland.

Die Form ist zylindrisch mit geraden Wänden und stabilem Boden, Ø 7,5 cm und H 6,5 cm, fasst 190 ml – ein kompaktes Volumen, das sich gut für Flat White, Cappuccino oder Filterkaffee eignet. Mehrere Smiley-Motive werden direkt in den lederharten Ton gepresst und werden so zum festen Teil der Oberfläche.

Jeder Becher wird aus Steinzeugton auf der Drehscheibe geformt und bei 1220 °C gebrannt. Bei dieser Temperatur sintert der Scherben und wird ohne weitere Versiegelung lebensmittelecht. Die Außenseite bleibt roh in einem warmen Cremeton, sodass die matte Textur des Steinzeugs sanft mit den gepressten Smileys kontrastiert. Die Innenseite trägt eine transparente Klarglasur. Weil die Prägung von Hand gesetzt wird, verschieben sich Position und Tiefe der Smileys von Becher zu Becher leicht.

Für Specialty Coffee im ruhigen Morgenritual, oder kombiniert mit den anderen Happy-Edition-Bechern zu einem verspielten Tischbild.
