Description
The TSPROF K03 Pro Ultra Convex Attachment, also known as the "TSPROF Lens," is engineered to create a precise lens-shaped bevel on your blades. This type of convex sharpening is particularly effective for knives that endure heavy-duty tasks, providing durability and reducing the sticking effect during cutting.
With this attachment, users can set their preferred angle by adjusting two brass segments on the lens, achieving a minimum sharpening angle of 21.5° per side. The attachment mounts seamlessly onto the abrasive holder with a rod diameter of 8 mm, and its innovative design allows for fine-tuning of sharpening angles for optimal performance.
The adapter ensures a consistent change in angles across the entire bevel, resulting in a uniform radius shape. As the abrasive moves from the cutting edge to the spine of the knife, the angle naturally decreases, providing a superior sharpening experience. Suitable for knives with varying thicknesses, the TSPROF Lens attachment ensures a perfect finish every time.
Please note, the laser markings on the attachment provide approximate curvature values and are not intended for precise angle settings. For accurate adjustment, an electronic protractor is recommended. The attachment is quickly mounted using set screws and an Allen key, ensuring a secure fit with no backlash.
