Si presta ad essere bevuto sia durante aperitivi che a tutto pasto; è particolarmente indicato per accompagnare primi e secondi piatti a base di pesce e verdure. Ottimo anche con insalate di legumi, è da provare con lo sgombro al cartoccio.
