Featuring bushy clumps of green foliage, Erigeron Macranthus variety produces large clusters of bright, daisy-like, blue flowers with yellow centers on a top of erected, sturdy flower stems. Aspen Fleabane blooms from summer to fall providing an outstanding display of blue color and attracting butterflies.
Erigeron Macranthus is often planted in naturalized landscapes, borders, as a ground cover and border plant. Erigeron Macranthus seeds can be started indoors before last frost or outdoors in spring and fall. Dainty Daisy grows best in full sun partial shade, and fertile, moist but well drained soil. Erigeron easily adapts to various soil types and tolerates drought. The long-lasting Erigeron Macranthus flowers are excellent for cut flower arrangements.
