2g Beta-Sitosterol with Bergamot-Driven Male Health Support

raw-test isn't your average test support. It skips the usual mix of zinc, fenugreek, and weak herbs. Instead, it targets what often slips in guys who train hard—like lipid handling (that's how your body deals with fats and cholesterol), blood vessel health, antioxidants, and prostate comfort. It's more about building a strong foundation than a quick fix.

The star is 2g beta-sitosterol, a hefty dose. Studies show even 60–130mg can help with urine flow and comfort in guys with mild prostate issues. At 2–3g, it cuts cholesterol absorption from food and can drop LDL by 10–20%. You'll notice it working quietly in the background, especially if your diet or bulking pushes cholesterol up—feels steadier over time.

Then there's 1.5g citrus bergamot extract 10:1 to back it up. Bergamot helps with better cholesterol and triglyceride management, plus fights oxidative stress that comes with hard training. This dose is serious, not just for show—it's a main player.

Artichoke extract at 500mg fits right in by helping bile flow and fat breakdown. It makes your body handle fats better and adds antioxidant punch. Paired with bergamot and plant sterols, it creates a solid team for moving and processing cholesterol.

RAW raw-test by Raw Nutrition contains 2g Beta-sitosterol, a clinical dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 2,000mg beta-sitosterol — this dose sets raw-test apart from weak male formulas. Studies put 2–3g in the sweet spot for cutting cholesterol absorption and lowering LDL, plus it helps with urine flow and comfort for guys with mild prostate stuff.
  • 1,500mg citrus bergamot 10:1 extract — bergamot is a core part here, not an afterthought. This solid dose helps with lipid handling and antioxidant protection, great for guys training hard, eating big, or just wanting more from their daily supps.
  • 500mg pantethine — smart add for supporting lipids and lipoproteins in a different way than plant sterols. It layers in metabolism help and antioxidants for a fuller setup.
  • 500mg artichoke extract — this boosts bile flow and fat processing, fitting perfectly with bergamot and pantethine. It's a real ingredient that strengthens the heart and metabolism side.
  • 200mg French whole red wine grape standardized to 20% trans-resveratrol — gets you a wide mix of polyphenols from skin, seeds, stem, and vine, not just one thing. That broad antioxidant help is key for blood vessels and fighting oxidative stress.
  • 100mg bilberry fruit extract — adds anthocyanins for keeping blood vessels strong and more antioxidant power. It finishes the formula by protecting tissues when you're managing lipids and stress together.
  • No proprietary blend — everything's listed with doses right on the label. In a world of shady male supps, this lets you check each ingredient against real studies, not just hype.
  • Stim-free for daily use — no caffeine or quick hits, so it won't mess with sleep, stacking, or folks sensitive to blood pressure. Easy to add to pre-workouts, morning routines, or your health stack.

Who Is This For?

  • Guys bulking with heavy training who see bloodwork slip when weight goes up. 2g beta-sitosterol, 1.5g citrus bergamot, and 500mg pantethine make it a solid daily for keeping health in line with gains.
  • Lifters over 35 wanting more than short-term pump. It's for dudes after cholesterol, prostate, and vessel support, not stim-loaded fake hormone stuff.
  • Bodybuilders cutting or recomping needing a clean capsule in their stack. Stim-free, open label, built for tough training and diet stress.
  • Guys let down by weak test boosters with tiny herbs and big talk. raw-test fits better with real doses like 2g beta-sitosterol over fluff.
  • Everyday lifters who check labs and want male basics covered. Bergamot, artichoke, pantethine, grape, and bilberry make it more real than gym-only options.
  • Athletes with pre, creatine, protein set but needing non-overlap support. This hits lipids, antioxidants, and male maintenance without duplicating.

How to Use

Take 7 capsules daily with food. A fatty meal is smart because some plant compounds absorb better that way and it's easier on the gut. New to big capsule doses or touchy stomach? Try 3–4 with one meal and the rest with another for a bit. Stim-free, so no need for pre-workout timing—morning, lunch, or dinner as long as you're regular. Pairs well with creatine, protein, omega-3s, and most pres—no caffeine clashes. Skip taking with meds at the same time unless your doc's cool, especially lipid or blood thinners. No cycling needed—it's daily support, not a stim or hormone thing. Keep it cool, dry, lid tight.

What to Expect

Day 1 is chill—no caffeine, no rush, no instant pump. First few days, you just notice how easy it slots into your routine with meals. Week 1 isn't like loading creatine; it's about getting consistent with background support. By weeks 2–4, that's when it shines—beta-sitosterol, bergamot, pantethine, and antioxidants help your body's foundation, not a fast feel. If you're into bloodwork, male health, or long-game supps, you'll dig it more than chasing a quick test vibe. It's a steady build, base-first approach.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is raw-test actually a testosterone booster?

Based on the disclosed formula, raw-test is better described as a male health support formula than a classic direct testosterone booster. Its core ingredients—2g beta-sitosterol, 1.5g citrus bergamot, 500mg pantethine, and 500mg artichoke—are much more aligned with cholesterol handling, vascular health, and prostate-related support than with direct serum testosterone elevation.

What is the standout ingredient in raw-test?

The standout is beta-sitosterol at 2,000mg. That dose is substantial and sits in the research-relevant range used for plant sterol support of LDL reduction, while beta-sitosterol also has evidence for improving urinary symptoms and flow metrics in men with mild to moderate prostate-related complaints.

Why is citrus bergamot included at 1.5g?

Citrus bergamot is one of the formula’s main cardiometabolic support ingredients. At 1.5g of a 10:1 extract, it is positioned to support healthier lipid metabolism and antioxidant balance rather than serving as a token label inclusion.

Should I take raw-test before workouts?

You can, but you do not need to. This is a stim-free capsule formula with no acute pre-workout effect, so it makes more sense as a daily-with-meals product than as a time-sensitive training supplement.

Can I stack raw-test with pre-workout and creatine?

Yes. raw-test stacks very easily because it contains no caffeine, no nitric oxide agents, and no creatine, so there is minimal overlap with standard gym-performance supplements.

Why does it take 7 capsules per serving?

Because meaningful doses take space. A formula with 2g beta-sitosterol, 1.5g bergamot, 500mg artichoke, and 500mg pantethine cannot realistically fit into a tiny capsule count without compromising the dosing.

How long does raw-test take to work?

This is not a product you 'feel' on day 1 like a stimulant. It is designed for cumulative use, with the most realistic value showing up over weeks of consistent daily intake as part of a broader health-focused routine.

Is raw-test fully transparent?

Yes. There is no proprietary blend, and every active ingredient is listed with a disclosed dose. That is a major strength in a category where many male-support products hide dosing behind vague blend names.

Can I use raw-test if I am on cholesterol medication?

You need clinician approval first. Beta-sitosterol and citrus bergamot both affect lipid handling, so they can be relevant alongside statins or other lipid-lowering therapies.

Is this formula good for older men?

It is especially compelling for older men who want support beyond gym-style marketing. Beta-sitosterol’s evidence for urinary symptom support plus the lipid-focused structure of the formula gives it more real-world relevance for men over 40 than many typical test products.

Excellent value, consistent fit, cool, comfortable and durable.
Size: Large, Color: Army Green
I have purchased 20 plus of these shirts in the past six months. The first batch in spring, figuring if any inconsistencies or quality issues arose upon delivery, no problem. Amazon's return policy has always been hassle free. After trying on the fourth shirt and noticing no outstanding flaws or differences, all were simply opened, laundered and hung on a hanger. The material is 100 percent cotton, but assuming they are removed from the dryer immediately (medium heat) - no ironing necessary. No appreciable shrinking is observed and no outliers in the batch. My sport shirt size is men's US large regular fit. Other relevant sizes - 17.5 inch neck, 46 inch shoulders, 34 inch sleeves and 36 inch waist. Overall fit of these shirts is of appropriate roominess without bagginess. Shirt tail length is spot on, work dress code requires tucked in, and they stay tucked in. Casual requires not tucked in, and unless I am reaching for the sky with both hands while on tip toes, the shirt tail/ belt line is not breached. The sleeve length could have been extended by an inch since they taper to an elastic cuff, requiring that the sleeves are pulled back to original position following an extended reach. But given the choice, the sleeves as is are preferred over a straight cut without the elastic cuff. As an upgrade to the T shirt appearance of the shirt tail when not tucked in, the side seams end with a reinforced, one inch inverted V, a feature not typical in this price range. To date, durability has not been an issue. Fraying, fabric pilling and fading have not occurred. It is quite difficult, if not impossible, to differentiate the age of two duplicate color shirts purchased in two separate batches. Again, excellent value, consistent fit, cool, comfortable and durable!

An Extinct Breed - Get before they are gone
Size: Medium, Color: Red
In my day polos used to be soft thick 100 % cotton with generous sleeves covering the upper arm till above the elbows and collars standing high and grand and covering the back of the neck till below the hairline. They had substantial structure/body (shape that held) and ultra comfortable soft cotton. This was my go to piece of clothing to step out in (as opposed to round neck collarless T-Shirts that I wore only at home or for sporting activities). However, this simple good thing was not to be taken for granted. As time went by, I watched in horror this simple evergreen staple slowly vanish - being replaced by plastic, toxic, carcinogenic trash (synthetic, polyester, 'performance', 'hi-tech') being passed as clothing riding solely on deceptive/misleading/convincing marketing and rapidly transient 'fast fashion trends'. These pieces of junk being passed as 'performance polos'/'hi-tech' had no 'body', clung to your skin like plastic, caused my sensitive skin to itch, with arms so short as if there was shortage of clothing material in the world and were of such thin cheap uncomfortable material that I would wonder how in the world do people put these on their bodies. The 'trend' continued ... Fast forward to the present day, finding the 'cotton polo of my youth' is like finding a dinosaur. The polo I grew up with is practically extinct - replaced by trash made with ever cheaper feeling and more toxic materials. Its a win win for the corporates/brands - cheap synthetic lab created materials astronomically marked up (riding on advertisement) - filling the corporate pockets unlike never before and successfully 're-programming' the minds and purchasing behavior of the new generation to accept, get used to, and even get addicted to such toxic 'hi-tech' trash. As for the manufacturing ? No problem - hire some MBA's (with zero knowledge/passion for good quality textile/garment manufacturing) - their sole purpose to be 'maximizing profits' for the next 'earnings report' and they would find the 'cheapest' offshore factory to outsource the manufacturing to. This being a continuous process - if you get a cheaper bid from another factory, just switch to it. No wonder you can never get consistent material, sizing, quality for the exact same product purchased even months apart. Not just that - even brands that sold fantastic quality 100 % cotton polos at a very reasonable price like Tommy Hilfiger etc went STEEP DOWNHILL. A Tommy Hilfiger polo being sold today is NOWHERE NEAR anything like the quality they had even a few years ago (even though still being theoritically 100 % cotton, the quality (material, cut) now is absolutely junk - in fact they went from being my favorite Polo Shirts (thick, soft, cloud like cotton with generous neck and sleeves and amazing body, texture and shape and in high quality colors and finish) to absolutely shockingly unwearable pieces of garbage (thin, rough, itchy cotton with skimpy sleeves and flat collars and dull cheap finsih and colors with NO lusture, body whatsoever). I always wish I had seen this day come. I would have stocked up on a lifetim's supply of 'real' clothing when they were still available. Given the above, I am extremely surprised (pleasantly) by this Amazon Essentials Cotton Polo. This is 100 % cotton, has generous non-skimpy sleeves and has decent material and shape reminiscent of the 100 % cotton polo I am habituated to from my time. Quality of material wise - it is about 65% - 70% of the cotton polos of yesteryears - BUT - even THAT - is like finding diamond (or a dinosaur) in these abhorrent-clothing-times for the 100 % cotton polo lover. Get this before the 'real cotton polo' is gone for good. I think I may be getting a few.

Sometimes Good, Sometimes Not So Good...
Size: X-Large, Color: Aqua
I've bought several of these shirts in the past, and I've always been very happy with them, right up until my latest purchase. Apparently, depending on which color/style you choose, the shirts may be manufactured in a completely different country. And despite Amazon's efforts to make sure their clothing brands have consistent sizing across the board, it's now clear to me that some of those countries are not on the same page. Case in point: Guatemala. My latest Amazon Essentials polo shirt purchases consisted of the colors 'light yellow' and 'rust'. Now, the light yellow shirt seems fine. Maybe a tiny bit smaller than my previous shirt purchases, but nothing major. (I think it says made in Chihuahua - but it's hard to tell.) However, the rust colored shirt is drastically smaller than all my similar-sized Amazon polo shirts. I bought it in size Large, but the shirt tail alone is nearly four inches shorter than my previously purchased Amazon Essentials polo shirts. And while the Large-sized Amazon polo shirts normally fit me quite comfortably, with a little bit of room to spare, this rust-colored shirt is skin-tight. If I didn't know any better, I'd swear it was a size Medium masquerading as Large. All of my previous shirt purchases (I now realize) are labeled as being made in either Madagascar or Vietnam. Those are great. They fit wonderfully. But this new rust-colored shirt (once again, same brand - Amazon Essentials) is labeled as made in Guatemala. And let me tell you, the factory in Guatemala is not on the same page as the factory in Madagascar. Not even close. So yeah, these are great shirts. So long as you happen to buy the colors/styles that are being made in Madagascar or Vietnam. But buyer beware if you happen to get one from the factory in Guatemala, because those guys are using a whole different set of rulers over there. And unfortunately, there's no way to tell until it arrives on your doorstep. I'm normally a big fan of Amazon brand products. But this experience has made me quite a bit more wary about buying their clothing items in the future. It really is so very important that their brands have consistent sizing across all colors and styles. P.S. I actually bought the rust-colored shirt TWICE, because I at first assumed I must have gotten a mislabeled product. But, nope. Both rust-colored shirts are the same, drastically-smaller size, and both are labeled made in Guatemala.
