Viene fatto fermentare in vasche di acciaio inox, e successivamente riposa, sempre in acciaio, fino al mese successivo alla

Offre una bella beva, scorrevole ma appagante nel contempo. È davvero buono.
Da abbinare alle pietanze della cucina di terra, è ideale per accompagnare i cannelloni ripieni di carne.
