Trebbiano e malvasia sono le due variet a bacca bianca pi coltivante nel territorio del Chianti, ma al Castello di
Giallo dorato intenso il colore al calice, luminoso e limpido. Note gradevolmente floreali aprono l’ingresso al naso, poi impostato su richiami alla frutta estiva matura, come pesca e albicocca. Sfumature ammandorlate completano il quadro olfattivo. L’attacco di bocca è deciso, minerale e fresco, buona è la struttura e lunga è la persistenza.Trebbiano e malvasia sono le due varietà a bacca bianca più coltivante nel territorio del Chianti, ma al Castello di Ama, dopo aver individuato una zona particolarmente favorevole, all’inizio degli anni ’80 venne impiantato un vigneto con cloni di chardonnay provenienti direttamente dalla Borgogna. Da quel vigneto oggi prende forma lo Chardonnay “Al Poggio”. Un bianco importante, di grande struttura, fermentato e lasciato maturare per otto mesi in barrique. È uno Chardonnay di Toscana da scegliere insieme con il pesce elaborato o con le carni bianche. Insieme al tacchino arrosto potrebbe regalarvi soddisfazioni inaspettate.
Da sposare alle seconde portate strutturate a base di pesce, è anche ottimo con il pollame e con la carne bianca. Da provare insieme al tacchino arrosto.

Bamboo Cutting Board Honest Review

After researching until blue in the face, chose this Bamboo cutting board set for it's style and the option of using as serving trays. More important for me was the 3-layer structure, juice groove and piece of mind of clean cutting, no plastic. Upon receiving and cleaning, I applied a coat of Food Grade Mineral Oil for safety. These are boards are not real thick but the quality is there and they look really expensive after the oil bath. 3 different sizes are perfect for my need and they look really expensive. Happy with my purchase.

Nice, sturdy, convenient cutting boards
My daughter and her fiance do a lot of cooking, and really like the quality and sizes of these cutting boards. I got a similar set last year, and I like how they have held up. I also like the holder. Just wash and oil them occasionally and they should last many years.
