GIDEON'S SWEET DIPPING MUSTARD - Mild Dark with Balanced Sweetness

Gideon’s Sweet Dipping Mustard is a home-made dark, sweet mustard especially designed for dipping into or placing onto cheese. The recipe is typical of central Pennsylvania and has been handed down for generations.  The color is dark brown while the texture is spreadable. The taste is fruity sweetness, balanced with hints of baked meringue.

Ingredients of this mustard include mustard seed, both yellow and brown, vinegar, molasses, and a dash of hot pepper. Sweet and Spicy Dipping Mustard pairs with Old German Weissa Kase, Der Vauden Swiss, Felsa Yehr, Der Edel Bleu Kase, Mountain Valley Sharp Cheddar, Mountain Meadow Mild Cheddar, Alt Medisher Kase, Smoked Der Alpen Kase, Mountain Home Woodsmoked Cheddar, and Garden Pepper Jack.

Like our jellies and other condiments, our spicy mustard is inspected by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.
