500mg nitrates plus Nitrosigine® in a fully disclosed pump capsule

Black Magic Pump IV is a stim-free pump formula in capsules, focused on one thing: boosting blood flow through different nitric oxide paths, not just dumping everything on one ingredient with fancy hype. Pump supps often flop by hiding lame doses in prop blends or betting it all on one pathway, expecting you to add caffeine to make it work. This one does it smarter. It mixes dietary nitrates from beet root, arginine-silicate from Nitrosigine®, polyphenol help from pomegranate and epicatechin, plant-based NO boost from S7™, and PDE5/eNOS support from icariin-standardized epimedium. You get a non-stim pre that delivers bigger pumps, better muscle blood flow, and stronger mind-muscle link without hitting a stim wall.

The star here is Beet Root Extract at 2,000mg, standardized to 25% nitrates, giving you about 500mg nitrates per serving. That's a legit dose for capsules. Nitrates use the nitrate-nitrite-nitric oxide path, different from arginine-eNOS. In the gym, that means wider blood vessels, more flow, and a thicker, longer-lasting pump. Lots of capsule pumps skimp because they can't pack in big doses like 6-8 grams of citrulline. Pump IV nails it by going with concentrated nitrates instead.

Nitrosigine® at 500mg hits the second big NO path. This inositol-stabilized arginine silicate has studies showing better blood flow and arginine use, and 500mg is the dose you see in research and real products. It's a smart pick because it gives fast, solid arginine support without the weak absorption of plain arginine. Combined with nitrates

Black Magic Pump IV by Black Magic Supply contains 2000mg Beet Root Extract, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 2,000mg Beet Root Extract standardized to 25% nitrates gives you about 500mg nitrates per serving. That's the heart of the pump here, using the nitrate-nitrite-nitric oxide path to open up blood vessels and push more blood into your working muscles.
  • 500mg Nitrosigine® is a clinically backed dose of inositol arginine silicate. Unlike basic arginine, Nitrosigine® is made for better real-world results in supps, and it's here to boost blood flow through the arginine-NO path right alongside the nitrates.
  • Dual-pathway nitric oxide support is what makes this formula stand out. Beet nitrates handle one NO route while Nitrosigine® covers another, so you get wider pump coverage than those one-trick capsule products.
  • 515mg Pomegranate Extract standardized to 20% ellagic acid brings in polyphenol support that protects nitric oxide signals and helps your blood vessels work better. So it's not just making NO—it's setting up the right scene for NO to shine.
  • 200mg Epicatechin is a cool advanced add you don't see in basic pumps. The research is solid but not huge, but it's known for helping blood vessels and nitric oxide activity, making it a great match for the main NO players.
  • 100mg S7™ is a blend of seven plants that ramps up nitric oxide production. It basically amps up the whole blood-flow vibe without stepping on the other ingredients.
  • 85mg Epimedium Extract standardized to 40% icariin adds a unique touch. Icariin helps with PDE5 and blood vessel support, which keeps that pump feeling going strong.
  • Capsule delivery is a big win if you want something portable and exact. No shaker needed, no flavor issues, no huge powder scoops—just 5 capsules with everything fully listed.

Black Magic Pump IV by Black Magic Supply contains 2000mg Beet Root Extract, a effective dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Who Is This For?

  • Bodybuilders in hypertrophy blocks who rate pre-workouts by how full, veiny, and connected their muscles feel—not by nervous system hype. The nitrate-standardized beet root, Nitrosigine®, pomegranate, and epicatechin are made for training where more blood in the muscle ups every set.
  • Lifters hitting the gym at night who skip caffeine bombs to protect sleep. This is stim-free on purpose, so you get a real pump without stims hanging around.
  • Athletes who do coffee or straight caffeine and need a pure pump add-on they can mix smart. Pump IV delivers multi-path blood flow without locking in stims every time.
  • Physique folks who dig mind-muscle connection on push, pull, arm, and shoulder days. Better blood vessels and muscle flow mean clearer feedback from the muscle rep after rep.
  • People who hate powder pre-workouts, fake tastes, or lugging shakers. Five capsules pack a strong pump setup that's super easy to take anywhere.
  • Lifters coming off high-stim stuff but still wanting a pre ritual that boosts performance. This gives you real training feels through blood flow and veins, not stim rush.

How to Use

Take 5 capsules 45-60 minutes before training with 8-12 ounces of water. That's a good window for a capsule formula with nitrates and arginine support, so everything's ready for your sets. If you're new to pumps or sensitive to blood flow stuff, try 3 capsules first to check it out, then go full. No mixing needed—just time it right and stay hydrated.

Empty stomach can make it hit faster, but a light meal 60-90 minutes before is fine if that's your vibe. Big meals right before might slow it down and make lifting feel off. Stacks great with creatine monohydrate, electrolytes, and plain caffeine for energy plus pump. Don't overstack with other heavy vasodilators unless you know your tolerance. No need to cycle like with stims, but some folks save it for training days. Keep it cool and dry, bottle closed tight to keep capsules fresh.

What to Expect

First 10-15 minutes, don't expect a big rush—no stims here. Around 20-40 minutes, you'll start seeing it in your workout with better veins, quicker muscle fullness, and a stronger feel for the muscle squeezing. From 40-90 minutes, the session feels more fueled, especially on high reps, supersets, and body part days where blood flow shows up big. It's smoother than a powder pre spike—less boom, more steady. Days 1-7, it's all about that instant pump and flow. Weeks 2-4 with regular use, the reliability hits: consistent pumps turn hit-or-miss workouts into steady wins, not tied to random food or caffeine.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Black Magic Pump IV actually stim-free?

Yes. Despite a metadata mismatch in the source file, the formula itself contains no listed stimulant ingredients and is positioned as a non-stim pump pre-workout. Its effect comes from nitric oxide support via beet nitrates, Nitrosigine®, pomegranate, epicatechin, S7™, and epimedium rather than caffeine.

How much nitrate does Pump IV provide?

The formula includes 2,000mg of beet root extract standardized to 25% nitrates, which yields approximately 500mg nitrates per serving. That is a meaningful amount for a capsule-based pump product and a major reason this formula stands out in its category.

Why use Nitrosigine® instead of plain arginine?

Nitrosigine® is inositol arginine silicate, a clinically used form designed to support arginine availability and blood flow more effectively than basic oral arginine in many real-world sports nutrition settings. At 500mg, Pump IV uses the dose most commonly associated with this branded ingredient.

Does Pump IV replace citrulline?

It does not include citrulline, but it is not trying to be a citrulline clone. Instead, it uses a concentrated nitrate strategy plus Nitrosigine® and supportive polyphenols to create strong pump support within the practical limits of a capsule format.

When should I take Pump IV before training?

Take 5 capsules about 45-60 minutes before training with water. That gives the nitrate and arginine-support ingredients time to absorb so the pump effect is building as your workout starts.

Can I stack Pump IV with coffee or a stimulant pre-workout?

Yes. One of the biggest advantages of a stim-free pump formula is that you can control energy separately. Many users pair Pump IV with coffee, caffeine capsules, or a lower-dose stimulant product when they want pump plus alertness.

What does epicatechin do in this formula?

Epicatechin is included at 200mg as an advanced vascular-support ingredient. The evidence tier is moderate, but it is valued for endothelial nitric oxide support and for complementing other blood-flow ingredients rather than trying to carry the formula on its own.

Will I feel this on the first use?

Yes, but not like a stimulant. First-use effects are usually fuller muscles, earlier vascularity, and a stronger mind-muscle connection during the session, especially in higher-volume training.

Is this a transparent formula or a proprietary blend?

It is fully disclosed. Every active ingredient and dose is listed, which makes it much easier to compare against research and against underdosed pump products that hide behind proprietary blend labels.

Who gets the most out of Pump IV?

Hypertrophy-focused lifters, evening trainers, and anyone who wants to separate pump from stimulant intake are the best fit. It is especially useful for users who care about blood flow, vascularity, and contraction quality more than stimulant intensity.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.
