Alla vista si presenta di un bel giallo paglierino leggermente velato con sfumature verdognole e spuma fitta e cremosa. Al naso libera intensi e piacevoli sentori di fiori e frutti bianchi. In bocca è fresco e sapido, con un sorso leggero e un gusto fruttato di buona persistenza.Il Pignoletto di Modena DOC “Ancestrale” Francesco Bellei scava nella tradizione, proponendo un vino rifermentato in bottiglia esclusivamente con lieviti indigeni e zuccheri naturali. Le uve provengono da vigneti coltivati e di proprietà della cantina, dal suolo sabbioso alluvionale e il leggero sedimento che si trova all'interno della bottiglia è il naturale risultato della rifermentazione. Un ottimo e gradevole vino da sorseggiare in occasioni informali o per una cena estiva.
Il Pignoletto “Ancestrale” è ideale come aperitivo o per accompagnare antipasti di pesce, verdure e piccole fritture. Ottimo anche con piatti vegetariani e secondi piatti di pesce e pollame.

On sale purchase and glad I waited.

I'm 6'1 186lbs size 33x30, I don't workout but for whatever reason my calves pose a problem with a few brands and styles of pants. These feel wonderful and the color is awesome. Minus the tight area in the calves these are perfect for summer in Oklahoma. I usually wear these with light brown or gray penny loafers no socks or some suede Allen Edmonds chelsea boots and a white vneck tshirt. I got these on an extremely good sale so that helps. I wouldn't pay full price for whatever that's worth.
