It's fascinating how the wine hits your palate with rich brioche and weigh from the semillon but then is held in check as the brighter sauvignon blanc cuts through the wine with green apple and lemon grass and leaves a very long finish on the palate. We've also found older vintages of this wine to be terrific. Drink it right away or get around to it in 7 or 8 years. 

Great with Scallops or French or Peruvian Roast Chicken.

100% barrel aged in French oak
