I do suggest wiping the coasters off with a soft cloth and water if anything is spilled on them. This will ensure the longevity of the coaster set. Dimensions: 5.12 inches round. Each cement coaster is individually poured and sanded by hand for a natural appearance. Because each coaster is done by hand they will vary lightly, these sets are not intended to look identical. That’s the beauty of hand-made and I love it ! DO THEY ABSORB WATER? The coasters and holder, are sealed against moisture. If condensation is running down your glass, the water will remain on top of the coaster. Sealing prevents the forming of stains and water. PLEASE READ: Please note that cement may have small air bubbles which were formed during the mixing process and their presence is unavoidable. I do my best to catch any of these imperfections while sanding each piece, but sometimes it’s unavoidable. These bubbles are not considered defects, and while I will accept returned pieces, keep in mind that I am a one-women company and every paid return label has a big effect even if it seems small.
